The colors don't fade or run with multiple washings, and so far the sheets have held their shape nicely. This set is considerably bigger than a crib set, which makes my daughter more comfortable in her toddler bed and gives her more room to wiggle. The sheet fits her crib mattress nicely with enough room to cover it without stretching tautly across the middle. I'm happy with the price, too, since the quality is good. I won't lose sleep if it gets damaged or if we wash it into oblivion the way we did her crib sets.
